Yes. Capacoty's output is aligned with NDIS Practice Standards and uses language familiar to planners and LACs. All reports should be reviewed and endorsed by the practitioner before submission — Capacoty supports your clinical judgment, it doesn't replace it.
Absolutely. Client data is not stored after your session ends. We never use client data to train AI models. Capacoty is compliant with the Privacy Act 1988.
Report allowances reset monthly and don't roll over. If you're consistently hitting your limit, you can upgrade at any time and billing will be prorated.

The NDIA and AAT assess reports on clinical content, reasoning, and alignment with NDIS Practice Standards — not how they were produced. Capacoty generates reports that meet those standards. The practitioner reviews, amends if needed, and endorses the final document as the author. Hundreds of Capacoty reports have been accepted by planners and LACs without issue, including in AAT matters.
As the registered practitioner, you retain full professional responsibility for every report you submit. Capacoty produces a clinical draft — you review it, apply your clinical judgement, make any amendments required, and endorse it as the author. This is consistent with the professional obligations that apply when using any documentation support tool, template, or dictation service. Capacoty supports your practice; it does not replace your clinical accountability.
