Common questions
Sign up and start immediately. No card required. You get 2 free reports plus full access to Ask Capacoty during your 14-day trial. Your card details are only needed when you go to generate your 3rd report, or when your 14-day trial period ends, whichever comes first. Until then, there's nothing to enter and no charge.
Ask Capacoty is a decision-support Q&A tool included with every plan. Type a question about NDIS, AHPRA, OTA or Aged Care policy: get a synthesised answer with every claim linked back to the source paragraph in our curated Australian corpus. Use it when you'd otherwise be Googling for half an hour, or to quickly check whether something is in scope. Decision support only, not clinical or legal advice.
Yes. Capacoty's output is aligned with NDIS Practice Standards and uses language familiar to planners and LACs. All reports should be reviewed and endorsed by the practitioner before submission. Capacoty supports your clinical judgment, it doesn't replace it.
Yes. Saved drafts are end-to-end encrypted in your browser. We store only ciphertext we can't read, and they're auto-deleted after 90 days of account inactivity. We never use client data to train AI models. Capacoty is compliant with the Privacy Act 1988.
Your drafts and account data are hosted on Australian servers in Sydney, so your data is stored onshore, within Australian jurisdiction. Full details of how we handle your data are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Report allowances reset monthly and don't roll over. If you're consistently hitting your limit, you can upgrade at any time and billing will be prorated.
Capacoty currently supports WHODAS 2.0, DASS-21, LSP-16, CANS, ABAS-3, Sensory Profile 2, D-REF, ALSAR-R2, and Vineland-3, plus a growing range of additional tools. See the full list →

Yes, our Enterprise plan is custom-priced for clinics and larger teams needing more than 25 reports per month. Hit "Talk to us" on the pricing page and we'll put together something that fits.
The NDIA and AAT assess reports on their clinical content, reasoning, and alignment with NDIS Practice Standards, not on how they were produced. Capacoty drafts to those standards; the practitioner reviews, amends where needed, and endorses the final document as its author. What you submit is your own professional work, prepared with a documentation tool.
As the registered practitioner, you retain full professional responsibility for every report you submit. Capacoty produces a clinical draft. You review it, apply your clinical judgement, make any amendments required, and endorse it as the author. This is consistent with the professional obligations that apply when using any documentation support tool, template, or dictation service. Capacoty supports your practice; it does not replace your clinical accountability.
Built by an Australian NDIS OT, for Australian NDIS OTs.
Capacoty exists because documentation overload was eating evenings and weekends in our own private practice. Try it free for 14 days. No card needed.
