Each credit is sized to one month of Starter at your billing cadence (monthly or annual). If you're on a higher tier, the credit covers the Starter portion and your invoice charges the difference. Rewards apply after your referred colleague's second billing cycle: one cash reward per referrer per 30-day window; milestone bonuses (3, 5) bypass the window. The permanent 20% discount applies to the monthly subscription price at the time it is granted.
